Title: “Learning Leader: Fostering an Organizational Culture of Continuous Learning”
Objective: Encourage leaders to foster a culture of continuous learning within their organizations, leveraging the collective knowledge and experience of their teams.
Weeks 1-4: Developing a Lunch and Learn
- Master the development and execution of engaging Lunch and Learn sessions that facilitate informal learning opportunities.
- Organize a series of Lunch and Learn events focused on different leadership themes.
Weeks 5-8: Knowledge Management
- Learn to effectively manage and disseminate organizational knowledge to enhance collective expertise.
- Lead a project to establish a knowledge management system within the organization.
Weeks 9-12: Train-The-Trainer
- Develop leaders’ abilities to train others within the organization, creating a multiplier effect for learning and development.
- Implement a train-the-trainer program that empowers leaders to become internal facilitators for their areas of expertise.
