Weeks 1-4: Developing a Lunch and Learn

• Master the development and execution of engaging Lunch and Learn sessions that facilitate informal learning opportunities.
• Organize a series of Lunch and Learn events focused on different leadership themes.

Weeks 5-8: Knowledge Management

• Learn to effectively manage and disseminate organizational knowledge to enhance collective expertise.
• Lead a project to establish a knowledge management system within the organization.

Weeks 9-12: Train-The-Trainer

• Develop leaders’ abilities to train others within the organization, creating a multiplier effect for learning and development.
• Implement a train-the-trainer program that empowers leaders to become internal facilitators for their areas of expertise.
