Objective: Encourage leaders to foster a culture of continuous learning within their organizations, leveraging the collective knowledge and experience of their teams.

Weeks 5-8: Knowledge Management

  • Learn to effectively manage and disseminate organizational knowledge to enhance collective expertise.
  • Lead a project to establish a knowledge management system within the organization.

Weeks 9-12: Train-The-Trainer

  • Develop leaders’ abilities to train others within the organization, creating a multiplier effect for learning and development.
  • Implement a train-the-trainer program that empowers leaders to become internal facilitators for their areas of expertise.
