Title: “Diversity Advocate: Championing Inclusive Leadership”
Objective: Foster leaders’ ability to nurture an inclusive environment that values diversity and harnesses it for greater innovation and understanding.
Weeks 1-4: Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
- Deepen understanding of DEI principles and their application in leading diverse teams.
- Lead a DEI initiative, conducting audits and implementing action plans to promote inclusivity and equity within the organization.
Weeks 5-8: Unconscious Bias
- Equip leaders with the awareness and tools to identify and mitigate unconscious biases in themselves and their teams.
- Facilitate unconscious bias training and integrate ongoing practices to address and reduce bias in decision-making.
Weeks 9-12: Sensitivity Training
- Implement sensitivity training to enhance leaders’ awareness and empathy towards diverse perspectives and experiences.
- Conduct sensitivity workshops, focusing on communication, behavior, and creating a supportive work environment for all employees.
