Objective: Encourage transitioning leaders to integrate innovation and creativity into their leadership approach to drive organizational transformation and competitive advantage.
Weeks 1-4: Creative Problem Solving
- Enhance skills in innovative problem-solving techniques that can be applied to leadership challenges.
- Lead a creative problem-solving boot camp that addresses real-world organizational challenges.
Weeks 5-8: Creativity: Thinking Outside the Box
- Explore methods to foster a culture of creativity and ‘out-of-the-box’ thinking within leadership and teams.
- Organize an ‘Innovation Day’ where teams pitch unconventional solutions to improve business processes or products.
Weeks 9-12: Developing Creativity
- Develop a framework for leaders to nurture and implement creative ideas effectively.
- Implement a ‘Creativity in Leadership’ program, including workshops and a platform to showcase creative leadership initiatives.
