How to cancel your subscription

• If you decide the subscription isn’t the right fit for your learning needs, you can cancel your enrollment at any time by clickingCancel subscription. If you have any questions about your subscription, or if there’s anything we can help you with before you cancel it, please contact GU4L Support. 
• If you cancel your subscription, you will have access to the subscription content until the final date of your billing period, which is posted on the Subscriptions page of your account.

How to cancel your free trial before being charged 

• If you’re enrolled in a subscription via the free trial, you can cancel the free trial at any time, without being charged. Navigate to the applicable subscription on your Subscriptions page and click Cancel trial.  The duration of your free trial, and when it ends, is also posted on that page.

Refunds for subscription plans

• GU4L’s subscriptions plans do not offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee, and no refunds or partial refunds are available unless otherwise required by applicable law. If you’re enrolled in a subscription via the free trial, you can cancel the free trial at any time, without being charged. Paid subscription plans are month to month and can be cancelled at any time.

Refunds for bundles purchased through a third-party

• Since the payment for the bundle was processed by the third-party vendor, we do not have the transaction on file and cannot initiate a refund for you. Please contact the third-party vendor directly to request a refund.

Refunds for subscriptions enrolled in through a third-party sale or promotion

• If you enrolled in a subscription product through a third-party sale or promotion on their platform/site (for example: a company is selling or giving away GU4L courses), please contact the third-party directly to request a refund. GU4L does not have access to the necessary information to review or process these refund requests.
